I'm excited to go. I hope that it will be a good trip and that I can be reasonably useful to the people there. I am disappointed that I have to leave these two behind though:

Going to Honduras
I'm leaving today for Honduras. I'm going to work with an organization called International Samaritan that works with families that live and work on the garbage dumps in Central America. I'm going to San Pedro Sula where they are in the process of building a medical clinic which will be dedicated later this year. We're going to be doing a community health assessment and baseline exams to try to help them determine the most cost effective ways of improving the health of the people there.
